5. AI Model Usage

CodeControl integrates with third-party AI models (Claude, GPT-4, etc.). Your use of these models is subject to their respective terms:

You are responsible for providing your own API keys and managing usage costs.

6. Intellectual Property

CodeControl and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CodeControl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Pricing and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeControl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
